My UAS Drawing class

Janice -  charcoal on 18 x 24" newsprint with white and sepia highlights

This was two 25 minute sessions. It was fun and time zipped by. Not exactly "right" but that's ok. Next time will do the longer drawings  on brown paper.

Teri, Ooohhh! Life drawing...what fun! I like this one a great deal.....love the accent colour. Her face almost looks like porcelain....Can't wait to see more. Are these classes tutored....if so what advice or what did your tutor say about your drawing?

Hi Maggie! I am in my last semester of a Bachelor of Art degree in Art at the University of Alaska-Southeast, so yes, it is taught by a university professor. His comments were complimentary. He mentioned that a brown paper (which I actually meant to use) would render the mid-values better when i use black, red and white. Thanks for your kind words!
