Mt Jumbo - Day 3 - finished

Mt Jumbo!   12 x 14      oil on Multimedia Artboard

detail (cropped) ... i miss the oxide red

Ok, here is where you check your values. I think it works!

Here it is in the frame that my husband made from poplar.
I stained and painted it ... adding a little gold bling.

Very happy with this painting.

Check back for more progression paintings!

Thank you for viewing my art.

Wonderful image Terri. So I first question: did you do this plein air?

Yes, the oxide red really pops....and the light on Mt. Jumbo--exquisite....

Hi Cristine! Thank you so much for commenting! No, not plein air. This is a studio piece.
